Trying to determine which pivot shoe I need. On side of window there appear to be 2 coils and a pivot shoe. Picture attached

Hi Looking for pricing and availability on the attached tilt and turn window handles. Markings include 340, 352, 340714.

Both coils stamped #7 were broken when i moved in. sash is 18 x 34. Weight 12#. All other same windows work fine. Should I order pr. #7 or #6 S190 to replace both broken tapes?

My current door lock keeps popping up into the unlocked position and I feel maybe it's time to replace it. When I and/or pets bump the door just a little it pops open. I removed it and the lock snaps fine. Just wanted to make sure it's a match and if there's anything you might tell me about this sit ... (cont.)

I have a fold down window with a channel balance length of 29". 29C is stamped on the channel balance. Can you help me identify the proper channel balance. Thanks, Mike

I recently purchased the S350-22 channel balance (with the 15-004 shoe) and it is 1/2" too long. My balance measures 21.5". The foot is also a little too tall. Maybe my shoe should be the 15-001 or 15-002. Can you please help me identify the proper length of my channel balance and the proper shoe? T ... (cont.)

The label is found in the upper left corner of the window channel. The other numbers are found on the balance itself, as you can see. As I remember, the window became very difficult to open, and then the left balance dropped, making it impossible to completely close it. Pushing the balance back up ... (cont.)

I'm Having trouble with the plastic catch. where does the the plastic arm attach to create tension. mine just floats around and the button has no function.

The longer handle has #40754 The shorter handle has #31538 & the swing arm part has #20810A

We need to replace the window crank mechanism for an old awning window in our bathroom. See attached pictures. No name on window. number on crank handle is 11-100-11 patent pending. Will you please help me find a bulb type weatherstripping for my awning windows? There is a t shaped slot at the end of the window, approximately 3/16" wide. The bulb appears to be elongated but perhaps was round when new? The t appears to be on the side of the bulb, not centered above the bulb, ... (cont.)
