I need two of these. They are installed in a Huron double hung from 2001

Looks like an emco but not sure

cleaning windows and window popped out. the window shoe is now above the screw and we can't unlock it to move it so we can put the window back in. a small piece also broke off the shoe. do you have this part? can you suggest way to get the show below the screw so we can put window back in? is the ... The only marking I found said "28 4 DL Caldwell". I measured the metal part and it was almost 28 inches (not including the plastic ends).

I cannot find a manufacturer plate on these doors. They are from a building constructed around 1975. I need four of the upper wheels (with the "W" spring) and four of the lower wheels (JPEG IDs ending in -734 and -923). I am looking for replacement rubber sweeps for these approximately 30 year old Pella French Storm doors in the pictures. The metal holding the sweep is approx 7/8" wide and the rubber is approx 3/8" wide, making the total installed sweep width approx 1-1/4" and a length of 27" for each door sweep. ... (cont.)

I have these type of window latches at the bottom of each window. 2 per pane. They are plastic and the majority of the are broke where they latch to the bottom sill. Help please as I can secure my windows down.
