I do not know exactly what these parts are called. Can someone help me to find replacement parts?

all 4-of the 26" custom channel balances need part #'s 15-003 & 19-005 as the top & bottom attachments - with 2770 sash weight range

I am trying to find the attached window part. The top (T) part is broken off.Thanks so much!

These windows are quite large approx. 3'x 5'? All aluminum I think and have 4 window panes all incased with aluminum. I cannot find a name brand anywhere on it.

2 5/8 distance between screws I just need to replace one broken lock.

Our windows are Milgard Classic vinyl full casement windows from 2002. The three windows are: 16" wide (1) and 23" wide (2). Hi,in one of my windows, the two coil balances on one side got tangled and have to be replaced. The parts look exactly like the Series 152 Coil Balance: 1/2" wide, around 38" long if completely unrolled with the same style at the open end. I am not sure about the correct balance though.
