I have a Jeld Wen patio door I purchased in 2009 and the screen door rollers are broken. Jeld Wen tells me they cannot replace the door nor do they have the roller assemblies available. I'm not about to replace a 900.00 door just to get a new screen door. Would you have a roller kit for this? Th ... (cont.)

What is need to use to cut the bead? Even with the 3 foot sections I still will need to make cuts on beads to fit the windows. My windows have cross bars I want to remove so I will need new bead once I remove the bars. Can I cut the Bead with a power miter saw? see the 2 attached photos ... (cont.)

The Columbia 84-064 looks like mine except mine is a top roller and doesn't have an adjustment screw. Do you have a repalcement ?

Metal measures 29 inches. Stamp says UB 28C. Removed from a non-rotating double pane aluminum window. Need to replace 3 that are detached and pressing on window sill vice assisting window. Have pictures if needed

The latch broke off my sliding glass door handle. Can I just replace the latch? Or do I need do I need a whole new handle/lock set? I don't have the broken piece. The lock is 11.75 inches. Thanks

I need to order a window crank cover in white.

Looking to replace the balances. white plastic tube covers measure 34 3/4" and they seem to be 1/2' round. S600-35, black tip I believe are the balances.Also need the pivot shoes. This is missing the top hook which broke off. Do you have something similar?

replace broken plastic hook with new part. Looks like exactly same dimensions as old one but new "hook" won't reach far enough into the door jam to catch the plate there
