Hello, Just want to make sure I have correct part picked out before ordering. No Identifying markings on existing part but window weighs 26 lbs. Pretty sure I need a 385-27. 19-005 top and 15-004 shoe. Mine measures 1 3/32 deep and 15/16 wide. Because it weighs 26 lbs is it best to get 2640 or 2650 ... (cont.)

the top looks like a 19-002, but I'm not seeing a shoe that matches what I have. The shoe measures 1 1/8 inch, so would I be able to use 15-001?

Are these available separately?

I have aluminum storm windows and the vinyl glazing needs replacing. I am needing to know what size i need. My atrium single hung windows have a balance like your series 795 balances. I?m tired of replacing the T lock balance shoes every year. Is there another type of balance system that can replace the 795 that does not have breakable plastic parts? Thank you

I think I have 81-056 rollers for my sliding patio door. I?m getting ready to order new ones, however when I determine if I need a 1 inch or 1 1/4 inch diameter wheel, where would I measure? Trying to locate window operator for wright part 07900

Hello, I have Insul-Weld Vinyl windows. The coil on one side broke and the tilt pin (?) on the other side is broke. Pics included. Number "5" is on both coils. The coil assembly is 1 1/4" wide with 2 screws. I believe I need a double coil assembly and a tilt pin.

Dear Swisco, Am actually looking for the actuator arm, broken piece in the attached photo. The arm is 1-3/16" long x 9/16" wide and must fit through a 1/8" opening to accommodate up/down of actuator arm.Any assistance greatly appreciated.Thanks,John
