Hello, I believe I have an old Pella or Hurd sliding glass door. The track is a raised vinyl with possibly an aluminum cap? The vinyl track has split down the middle and does not support the door any longer...it's a beast to open and close. The dimensions are 1.5" x 6' Would you have a replacemen ... (cont.)

I need new 2740 channel balances. The shoe is close to the 15-003, but the width is 1-3/32" rather than 1-3/16".In this case, am I better off getting a 15-001 shoe? I'm thinking it's better to have a shoe that is 1/32" too narrow (the 15-001 is 1-1/16") rather than 3/32" too wide (the 15-003 is 1-3 ... (cont.)

We just bought a house with Jordan windows. Some of the windows are missing the roller sets and some are missing the plastic pin that holds the rollers. Can you tell me where I can find replacements? Thank you, Andi

Our 28" channel balance matches the S350-28 except the the dimension for the shoe is for 15-005 (1" instead of 1-3/32"). It has 2730 stamped on back. How do I order it with that shoe and the 19-002 top?

The door is a forever door. the handle was removed by a tenant and lost. The picture shows the lock above and the holes made by the old handle. Can you tell what handle would fit this?

I need an open slot 3/8 shoe in oblong shape. I ordered what I thought were the correct items but they will not work. What would be the correct shoe for my window (probably a Quaker window).

Do you have a striker latch foe an Anderson 200 series sliding patio door. It has to have the adjustable tongue that catches the lock hook and in stainless if possible.

3 out of 4 lathes broke and I cannot find the model number on this on particular window. All my other windows have different latches. I need 4 of them. the size of the are 2.25 inches. I cannot find any that look like that in that size.

We purchased this storm door and now the door handled is broken and we are in need a replacement. We purchased at lowes April 2017 with receipt. Not sure if this still under warranty. If not I would need to purchase the handle.

Also, the window side snap plastic is broken. So 1/2" 24 inches metal length balance and the plastic square on the window side.

I'm looking for a Top Sash Guide that is 1-1/16" wide below the cap (i.e., measured below the cap); 1-7/16 wide measured across the cap; 1-1/16" deep (measured at the cap), and 1-5/8" long. Do you have one that fits those measurements?
