Hello, Need to replace 2 Caldwell window channel balances. They were installed in 1993 when the house was constructed. One balance has marking "28 1/4 3 Caldwell CM". The other one has no identification. The window opening width is 33.5" Thank you, George

Hello I have these pics of broken trolleys in a window frame. Can you help me identify them or recommend something that will work in their place?

My block and tackle balance is 28 inches long and stamped 28B but the top end has a 1/4" wide hook attached to the string. These photos are of the old weather strip from my sliding door. It's 1 and a half inch wide and 1inch thick if u include the furry material. It's made out of a very durable hard plastic(it lasted over 40 years). What's the closest thing u have to it?

The CD347 sliding door latch broken. Can 82-002 be the replacement? Can the latch be installed on either side? Thanks.
