I'm looking for replacement channel balances for a NuAir window. The part is 35" long, not including the plastic parts, and is 1/2" wide. The marking on the part is 34-9 BA CMC 4.

Greetings. Based on the website image, the "fork" that engages the locking mechanism and the measurements for this item match the part that I need to replace. It also matches up to being a LH body. I would like to confirm that this part is a direct replacement. My part has the number, 45121, ... (cont.)

I can't see any brand anywhere on the thing, but it has a place for a splined attachment to be connected. I would like to purchase an eyelet adapter, but I'm not sure of the size of the spline part. It looks to me like there might be more than one standard size for these things, 11/32 and something ... (cont.)

I cannot tell what shoe is on my channel balances. I've determined that I need either the Series 380 Channel Balances with 15-005 shoe attached or the Series 385 Channel Balances with 15-004 shoe attached. From the photos, can you determine which one I need? Sincerely, Elizabeth
