Hi, How do I determine if I should use the Series 380 or S385?

I am in need of channel balances. I find 31-5 CA2 CMC 4 on one of the existing balances. The "lower window" measures approximately 35 high by 33.5 wide

Hey, This anderson window balancer has the numbers 11600-17 and what appears to be F56 A#27 4 A7. Can you please recommend the right balancers for these anderson windows? Thank you, Dom

Windows are side tilt, aluminum frame. Channel is 1/2" x 30" measured. Only markings are 3050. Which slide assembly is needed? It appears that the 30" Series 351 is a 2950, while the 31" Series 351 has a 3050. But my channel is 30" long. Which assembly number is applicable?

I have Crestline vinlycrest casement windows purchased from Menards that I put in new in 2003. I now have 3 that are broken in the same area. I have several of these windows with broken balances, tilt latches. The actual channel is 36", spring is 20.5" from one end of hook to the other. I can't find a stamp on the channel. I do have a parts list from Plygem from a couple of years ago if it would help.

I bought 81-138, but the measurements aren't quite right. Where you have a 3/4" thick housing, mine is 5/8". I also have a 1-1/4" wheel. Is there a better fit?

What pivot bars do I need for S 140 coil balances? I just purchased 5 lb s140 and 7 lb s140 constant force balance systems for my old tilt out vinyl sash windows that work nicely. This is a window lock from a vinyl replacement window that's part of a bay window unit. The bay window is in the middle and there is a casement window on each side. the lock is held in from 2 screws on the back. Because of recent snow, I couldn't get to the outside to remove it.
