I am looking for a left and right pivot pin for a double hung window. The pin is connected to the left or right bracket. In my photos, the pin is broken off. It would have been attached to the 2nd photo on the side facing the left.

I have very similar windows that need new balances. I was just wondering if the BRACKET, #14 Product Code: 17-031 could be used in the event the old ones are of similar quality as the windows themselves.

Hi- my aluminum windows have no take out clips to remove the balances. ALSO, those two square holes to pop in the take out clips are not there. Instead, there is just one small screw hole. Is there an alternate take-out clip that screws in, instead of the pop-in type? Thanks! Daniel ... (cont.)

I think I need the coil to go with 15-175 shoe. I believe its a single coil and has an f stamped into the metal where it attaches to shoe. the coil is 1/2 in wide.The measurements of the shoe are 1 3/8 x 1 1/4 x 1/2 I guess it would be 9/16 if you include cam.
