I need to order two of channel balance replacements . They are 1/2 inch wide by 36 inches long . Not sure of the weight load so I sent these photos . The number stamped on the channel is 35DS

Do you carry the weather stripping for along the bottom of the moving window that touches the frame? We have a few that need replacing on the old Better Built Windows installed in 1988. Weather strip is 7/16" wide in photo and 33.5" long.

I purchased the acorn replacement 81-03 rollers and they fit but my contractor says they were a touch larger than the originals. MW Windows will not stay up need stick to hold them up. Windows were installed when house was built in the 1995. Wondering if you have parts for these windows they are 53" long from top of spring to bottom of window. Thanks for any help
