When the house was built in 2006 these windows were new. I expect they are basic contractor grade windows. Looking to repair the mechanism that lifts and guides the window.

I need to replace the balances shown in the attached picture. The rod is 30.5 by 3/8?. There is no color tip. Do I by the the 400 series? If so the 30? or the 31?. What color tip as there was no tip on the ones that I removed. Thank you, Debbie

I need 3 of these balances, but am unsure of which color tip is needed. Are there any other parts needed for install? Thank you!!

On the top of my window frame is a small, black, plastic piece, with two small screws that catches the Channel Guide Spring Assembly and pulls it down as you replace the window and close it. LOOKING FOR BRONZE OR BRASS ROLLERS, 1-3/8" DIAMETER X 13/32" WIDE, 1/4" CONCAVE GROOVE, HUB WIDTH = 3/4" BOLT CENTER IS 2-3/8". SEE PHOTOS.

I am in need of a nylon slide bolt where the thickness is 1/4", notch on the end is 15/32", height not including tabs is 15/32", including tabs is 19/32", it is 4" in length.

Hi. I need a IWC re placement part or its equivilant. It is IWC PART NUMBER SP2203B. It is a window latch. I can't find this part ANYWHERE! HELP!

Can these handles be fixed without buying the entire replacement lock? Every else works fine. Actually I believe we replaced everything about 15 years ago. This door has been our main entrance since it was installed in 1986.

I am having a terrible time with my rollers on this door(hence the broken handle) and was looking for rollers and advice on repairing those also. I have ordered weep hole covers with flaps, 26-173 and 26-417 and both times they would not fit. Do you have something that would fit into a weep hole that is 1 1/4 x 3/16.

Based on the attached photos, I think I am looking at part numbers 15-180 and 15-186. Please confirm if you agree. Need Six of These - Having a hard time locating. Purchased balances - that these Top Sash Guides need to hook onto.

Does this fit a Simonton vinyl D/H window? The size appears to be right. The ones I need are 2 5/8" x 11/16 x 7/16 total height. Thanks Bob

I have an ANSI/AAMA 101-88 Window that does not stay open. My Contractor says I need the things that hold up the window replaced. Please let me know if you have them, how much and eta. Thank you, Brett
