It was great that you could provide the Ellipse single arm operator parts 39-028E and 39-0227E I ordered one of each to try and they are good for my windows. I removed this roller from my glass sliding door. There are no markings on the roller or doors. The part is flanged on the outside and slides into a channel in the aluminum channel that frames the door. Do you have a part that will fit. I will need 2 of them. Thank you. Earl

One of the pulleys that is part of the channel balance on my Republic double hung tilt vinyl window broke. The channel balance that needs to be replaced is stamped with 16C B.S.L. L.
