Patio door labeled : patio door Legance II. Product line # 213-K-018. Handle made in New Zealand

I need to replace a bronze Gorell casement window 3/8' folding handle with a 3/8" T Handle. Do you have any?

I recently ordered a replacement handle for this window, thinking that was what I needed to fix it. I ordered item # 39-375, Truth Folding Handle with Cover, and it is the correct handle, but evidently not what I need to fix the window. I've attached a picture showing what is broken. I need to purchase replacement balances and my sash weighs 35lbs. I originally purchased the 2320 stamp, because that matched the old balances that had failed and I was replacing. Which balance replacement should I purchase?

Window would not lock. I replaced the channel balance and now the window won't close. I vacuumed hoping this would help with no good result.

I need assistance identifying the specific channel balance to order for my window that has become difficult to close. The channel balance is stamped: 26 4 KV CMC 9 It is 27 inches long. The shoe is 1 3/16" in length non tilt window width of the balance is 1/2"

Windows are really hard to open and when they do they won

It appears that with this device the side of the screen with the spline must face outward. Is that correct?

I had a post yesterday, but it seems to have disappeared. Can you help identify this balancer, I had originally thought it may be a 351 series, but I believe I was measuring the boot incorrectly. Size is 34 inches (metal to metal) Thanks
