No markings aside from a "4" on the the back of the crank. Came from a 1920s era house. Mounts directly to the casement window frame, not the wood sill. Thank you!

I am need if assistance in determining the appropriate window balance for this Viking Window. There are no balances present currently. I'm looking for crossbow style balances that are 33.5" from the bottom of the shoe to the top of the cable screw opening. (See picture) It maybe considered 33". Hi my windows are old and not sure about manufacturer but two top sash guides are broken that I need replaced. I submitted some photos.

Home built 2001. No id/mfg on any window. Broken tilt latch measurements: - 2 3/8 Long - 11/16 Wide on Top - 5/16 Deep - No screw holes

I need some help choosing a replacement for the casement window in the picture. My main problem is that the handle is 4 inches long. All of the operators on line seem to have a length of 5 inches at least. SO they will not fit in the opening in the wood I currently have. thank you Cris ... (cont.)

The lock handle on the left snapped off and the one on the right doesn't do anything. Are these replaceable? If so, what do I need and how is it done? I already replaced two full windows at $2000 due to the same issue and don't want to do it again.
