Hello I have 2 sizes of Malta windows purchased in about 1980. The 2 sizes of channel balances I have are stamped 16 and 24. What do I need? Do you recommend any other parts besides the balances while tackling this job? Thanks, Terry

Part # 15-040 is not fitting into part # S500-16. Is there an error or do we need a new part? We have called and the gentlemen said these were correct and that he would have to talk with someone regarding this. Please let us know so that we can install the hardware.

I need to replace my coil balance, it would be a series 152. how do I determine the lbs balance to use. Weigh my window and use half that for each balance spring? Hello, the pivot shoe for one of my double hung Alside windows needs to be replaced. It appears to be broken and the pivot bar won't catch on it (when I raise the sash, the pivot shoe stays down. Thank you.
