Hi, I have this Jaloesi lock that has to be replaced. The measurements between all the outside screw holes is the same as 39-194, but the top has two holes instead of one. Also, the arm inside the unit is a little bit longer, about 2 1/2 " Do you have anything like this?

I am looking for Face Mount Keeper similar to your # 90-301. My keeper is 1 5/16" overall height x 1 1/2" , the screw holes are 3/4" apart. The markings on the back of an original is PA 94 with 16 just underneath the number 94. Color is white. Do you have such a part?

Our house is 20 years old and the existing balance is stamped "28 4 GP Caldwell." I'm looking at the 390 in 29" with the 2840 weight option. The bottom shoe on two balances measures 1 1/16" so I'm inclined to go with the 15-001 shoe, assuming it has worn a bit and if it binds, I can shave it down. ... (cont.)

Why does the catch line up with the handle? It would look better if they could be evenly installed.

Inquiring about which balance to order. Currently the balances I have are red, 27" long and the window weighs 15 lbs. Would it be wise to replace with blue? Is the blue a little bit heavy duty compared to the red? Please advise of which is the best route to go, thank you.

Good morning, Looking for replacement casement operators for our ROW Windows. Entrygard Truth Operators and Wright were the original, but discontinued and then the Ellipse Single Arm Operators were the replacement. Will these Swisco operators work like the Ellipse? Is so can I order ... (cont.)
