We bought these in 2009. On 3 windows the plastic parts on the side tracks are broken. The part number is 801020. On one window, the horizontal channel on the top of the lower window is broken, but we may be able to repair it.

Below you will find the pictures of the part that I am looking for. The measurements for the screen corners are 1 inch long and 9/16 wide.

I would like to replace the window channel balances. The existing one is stamped 26DS BS1 of 37. I am looking at Series S385-27. Which option (stamp option) best suits my existing one. Regards

I recently had my house inspected and the inspector indicated that the tilt lock mechanism was missing from a wondow and that the window was "out of the ballast." He recommended that I buy replacement parts and repair. Can you assist me in locating the correct parts? Jeff

I am in need of 2 pivot pins like the one shown in the picture. Have no idea what brand the window is. I am also in need of the tilt latches. Beside the picture, what other information can I provide you to help me? Tracey

No numbers or writing on mechanism. Fits in the middle edge to of sliding door to lock and unlock. Now broken

Regarding the pics above - I am replacing a broken pane in a window that is approx 30 yrs old. when measuring the two long sides each is 1 CM long with a tiny lip facing the other direction at a 45 degree angle. I have a singe hung window non tilt that the channel balances are bad. Also there is a plastic (sash glide/stopper) located at the top of each window that prevents the channel balance from passing. The identification marks found on the channel balance is 28 3 HL caldwell.

Do you have 39-187 in a 4-1/2" arm?
