Need torque bar bearings
I have a bunch of white aluminum awning windows that use plastic torque bar bearings, that need replacing. I did not see any on your website that matched mine, wondered if you had any other sources. I have made a couple in the past but really need about 34 of them as all the windows need updating. ... (cont.)

The original hardware on our house was installed around 1955-1956. I have a sliding glass door handle that has a broken plastic lever, so can no longer lock. 4 images are attached. There is no manufacturer's name. However, it shows it was manufactured under patents 2,710,156 and 2,701,157. A Go ... (cont.)

Nylon roller in sliding aluminum window
Hi, I believe the windows are original to the condo built in 1973. I need to source these rollers - one in each corner of the sliding portion. They're all the same, just positioned differently. The length is 1-1/8", width 13/32", and height including roller guard is 15/32". There is a screw hole wit ... (cont.)

How do these connect with the bar?
I have the 38-144 lock and then the secondary one on top. How do these work without the little pin that goes into the bar that connects them? Do I just have to replace both locks with one of these, so they work independently, and not use the bar? Thanks!

Malta Wood DH Window Balancer Hardware
Good Morning. I have circa 1993 Malta Wood DH windows and the window sashes won't stay up on their own any longer when I open the windows. I assume that the balancer is worn out so I took apart the vinyl jamb liner to get to the balancer. I've attached photos of the assembly as well as close ups ... (cont.)

IWC Patio door latch/keeper
My Patio door closes just fine and the alignment "seems" good, but it must not be because the latch bumps the keeper when I try to close the latch. Then it doesn't fully extend and latch. The workaround is to start with the latch extended and down, (lever halfway) and finish it off after closing. Gu ... (cont.)
