On the left is the type of roller at the top of the door and at the right is the roller at the bottom of the door. I need replacements for both.

How to replace Dual Arm Crank steps

Have a Barricade window that no longer stays open. I think the cylinder (pictured) has gone bad. It is 23" long when closed, then when the spiral screw is let out it is 45 3/4 inches long. Let me know if you any additional info for the part. Thanks!

Hi, one of my tilt window channel balances broke apart. I think I need to order one of your 795s but I wanted to confirm first. Channel measures 27inches from one end of the metal U channel to the other, not counting the plastic stuff sticking out. Sorry, but I have no idea what brand the windows ... (cont.)

On a small window I believe it was a 6. On a larger window it was a 9

This is what I have in my windows. It looks like the units on the web site except mine has that spring added to it. The tube on the end is approx 12 inches long. The spring is approx 17 inches long. We are trying to determine which shoe we should order to replace this part. We need to order a LOT, basically for all our windows so want to get the right one the first time. The window balances are red tip 37" 5/8" wide. Can you help identify this shoe? Thanks, Dana
