Hello, I need to replace the balances for a Rylock window. They have 33 4 LN Caldwell printed on the side, and are 33" long, 1/2" wide. The window sash weighs 25 lbs. Please advise what part number I need to order. Thanks, Tim

Plastic ends broke on one end. Kinro windows. Channel is 1/2 inch wide28 inches long from plastic end to plastic tip.
