I need the bracket or piece that attaches to the bottom of the window were the pin connects to it. I think it may be a snap clip plate or something. Thanks

These wheels are from Dailey sliding windows .wheelhousing is plastic wheels maybe nylon or metal. Some are rusted. I have a casement window with a right handle that broke off in the locked position. I measured the fork from another casement window and it looks like it measures 1 5/8 inches. Please help us in finding a replacement part for this handle. It was new in 2005 on a builder home, so we have no idea where it came from. We believe the windows were original to the home in 1989. The windows are aluminum single hung with double panes (heavy). There appears to be no identification numbers or stamps on the window itself. This particular sash spring has the number 1630 stamped on it. Channel dimensions are 17" x 5/8" x ... (cont.)

I have five handles broken as shown in the picture. The brand is TRUTH and I assume is model 10.14 because is about 13' I can't measure exactly because it goes inside the window when closed, but it is close13 and it is not 20 as the nex model. As you can see, the channel that the tilt spiral balance should be installed is damaged (in original installation 22 years ago - not me). If I insert a balance screw plug, it would pop out the top. The measurement for the guide on another window has a top of 7/8 by 1/2. I don't have the original sash guide. I will have to pull it off of another window and take a picture if this isn't enough information.
