My balance only has a number stamped on it which looks like 26 5 CMC 1. Any ideas? It is 27" without the ends and is installed in a non-tilt window made in 2005.

Can you tell me if you carry or can identify Andersen balances by these numbers: 07489-10S-L-050 07489-7/37-050 And the last one has 11600-17 and H45-*1090 stamped on it.

Three closet sliding glass doors. The inner door rollers are bent. Causing the doors to hit when sliding side to side. I know, the tracks need to be cleaned J. Please tell me what parts to purchase. And how to install. 4212

I'm replacing a balance. The vinyl sash measures 24" x 26" and the thermal pane appears to about 22" x 24". Do you have an estimate for the window weight so I can get the correct balance strength? Thanks.

This is a window daughters house, the window fell out and we need to replace the side springs and 1 bottom bar that attaches to the window frame. Also, if only 1 side of the glass broke, then can we get that repaired, new glass on 1 side?

We ordered and received your 38-139. We are attempting to install it, but the screw holes are not threaded. Is this a manufacturing error, or is there some special piece we need.Kellee

Existing balances marked "J 2444#", metal channel is 1/2" wide and 25" long excluding the plastic end pieces. The sash weighs approximately 22 pounds.

Can the door thumb latch be purchased separately? I have misplaced the one off the original unit. Thanks Don

looking at your product 82-211 mortise lock , can you tell me does it matter if the hook is down in your picture or hooks up? My current hooks up and wonder if it was installed wrong ? Thank you for your help on this.

I have ordered (2) 32" Series 795 Channel Balances to repair a window that someone screwed up attempting to repair. The pictures taken are from an identical window with the sash removed so the Lock Balance Shoe is exposed. I am sure the T-Lock Balance Shoe that comes with the Series 795 won't work ... (cont.)
