Both left and right Internal tilt latch / lever broken off. Double hung tilt vinyl windows. "Boreal" is stamped on the slider piece on top.

i think all 4 of them seem to be broken / not smooth

I need 26 of these balances 28C; the balance is 28" long. Can you supply the top clip shown in the photo? Do you have the 1" balance shoe with an open top available? Broken balance on my window. One half of one of the plastic pulleys ripped off as seen in the photo. It's 27" long, and labelled as "26 5 KP CALDWELL". Looking to get comparable part# and source to where I can quickly buy replacements.

I ordered the screen frame corners from you, the 95-266, thinking they would fit. In the 1st pic you can see your product on the left and what I actually need on the right I can't find anything like it anywhere. Could I please get some help identifying this piece? Thank you

Standing inside the house the balance that is broken is on the left hand side. Are both left and right sides the same? The balance was broken so I don't have pictures of it all put together
