I have a broken channel balance in a large dining room window. "3625" is stamped on the balance.

We have a few windows with broken balances. The first has 2950 stamped on the side and is 30 inches in length. The window is single hung and weighs 30 lbs. Hello The metal part of my channel balance is 28 and 3/4" - would I need the 29"? The markings are "28 3" and the shoe is 1 and 1/8". I was looking at the 29" Series 390 Channel Balance 2830. I ordered some window balances from Swisco.com last year. They were the wrong balances, I believe we ended up eventually getting the correct products. I am looking for a top sash guide for an Alenco Series 380 double pane aluminum window (pictures attached). None of the pieces associated with Series 380 channel balance look correct. 2730 is stamped on the 28 inch channel Balance. The windows were installed around 1986.

I am looking for a pivot bar for our tilt windows. The attached file has the item alongside a ruler for the dimensions needed. We have the pivot bar 26-226 and tried to substitute but this part did not fit. Thank you, Joshua

I'm looking 1-1/4" T-LOCK BALANCE SHOE which is like your Product Code: 15-195, but it has an OPEN CAM. My part also has the white puck.

Hello! Most of my pivot bars are rusted and broken. My windows are not that old and I was wonder if I was getting the correct replacement. I managed to get one out. Do you know how I can remove the rusted broken pivot bars?

I need replacement tilt latch for napco premium series 3500 vinyl window on both sides. Pls advise which parts I should order the latch is 3/4 in wide and 2 5/8 inches from edge of window to edge of latch lengthwise on top of sash
