What is the metal of the plunger pins? Being located ~150ft in from the surf, all of the original aluminum pins of my MW Twinseal window screens, on the ocean side, had corroded and seized by the time I bought the place 5 years after being built.

Looks like a 82-400 lock set. door approx. 40 yr. old. Not sure how to disassemble lock. Don't want to destroy lock, still working with problems. Seems dead bolt stripping out.

Need to replace this lock where can I find online or in a store

My sliding door handle broke. The printing on the inside reads "DNS Industries 16 inside pull". I tried to use your 82-002 Sliding Door Handle Set, but the hooks don't reach the keeper.

I am trying to find the attached part from a Pennco window. Measures: 1.25" wide, 1.25" high, .5" thick. Also, how do you get it back into the slot where it goes?

I have windows that use block and tackle balanced series 850. I have one window where the balance screw that goes into the frame has had a small square anchor piece come out of the frame. I have a flat front mounter jeeped that is 9/16 high and 2 screw holes are separated by 1". The depth is 1/8" at the thickest point (the hook). Do you have this part? Also, which part would be the matching sash lock?

The coil has broken on my vinyl window. There are not any markings to indicate the manufacturer or weight. The sash is 28 X 30. Double pane.

Hi - I'm not sure if the 87-037 replacement roller is the correct one for my application. The measurements seem to jive but the configuration is slightly different. The pictured pivot bar is bent so it doesn't look its 3" length. It feels like aluminum. The closest 2 screw holes are 11/16" apart and the furthest ones are 1-3/16" apart. Width is 9/16" at widest part and 5/16th at narrow end. Is this anything you have?

Do you have a replacement for this patio door track?

I have a sliding glass door. I think my roller is a match for your 84-149, but what about my track? I'm wondering if I should use a track cover or replace the track altogether.

Hi I've got Milgard vinyl casement windows (@16 yrs old). I want to replace the standard fixed handles with folding to accommodate blinds.
