Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for the attached pictures. The stamped number on the main part appears to be 45179. Near as I can tell, the shorter arm has 20810A on it, though I'm not sure I'm reading it correctly. Let me know if more pics would help. Thanks, Tom

The order form requires a "stamp option". I do not know which one I need. One of my current window balances has a stencil of UB 28C on it. I am gong to order two of these channel balances. I need two coil blances probably of 152 series. No weight written on the spring except an F. The marking F could be a 7 on the reverse side. Based on the color (brownish) I think it was a 152-7. In your installation video for seris 751 channel balance you show the plastic sash being removed. This the the cream colored dual channel sides that ghe channel balance slides into from top end.
