I just received my order, thank you! the S900-29 worked great the 15-045 Pivot Shoe fit but would not lock and my tilt pivot did not fit it. the 26-361 will not fit on the frame I will be ordering many more (16) S900-29 green tip since they worked fine but would like some standby parts. I'm going to order 2-17" series 395 channel balances(S395-17). I need to know how to figure out which stamp option to order. The total window size is approximately 3' high X 2' wide. That makes the sliding pane about 18" high X 20" wide. Which stamp option do I need? Is there anything on the old ch ... (cont.)

Two of the latches have broken--the washer that holds them on the backside no longer does the trick. The plate that screws down with four screws is 1" x 2". Pivoting latch is 3" long. Please let me know how I could get a total of four. Thanks! Tom

looking to replace a handle for a vinyl window. The handle which snapped off at the base, is for a silverline window.

I just bought the 39-032 operator to fix my window. When installing it I found out that the wheel on the arm is about twice as thick as the original operator and doesn't fit in the existing track. What tracks do you have that will work with the new operator? My existing track looks exactly like ... (cont.)

need a new channel balance for a "NuPrime" double hung window. Aluminum channel measures 24 7/16 long, 1/2in. channel and has a number 2430 stamped on it. Do you need any more info than this to find a replacement? Peg

I have Simonton double hung windows and all of the balances are deteriorating, which is disappointing, so I'm needing replacement parts. The only part number I can find is on the coil itself, which is PAT52323 #4.0 35"
