Hi, I'm looking for a keyed storm door lock, that has a 1/2" offset from the flat surface. Your item 40-039 is very close to what I need, but it has only a 1/4" offset. My storm door is 3/4" thick.

I have the 82-240 but it's style is "up to lock" and "down to unlock". So when the door is locked my dogs can unlock the door but pushing it down. Do you have a thumb lever (same dimensions) that is "down to lock"?

The handle that opens and closes the retractable window is broken. The Marvin handle is 5.5 inches long. We are looking to replace the handle with a non-broken one. Please let us know if you can find the handle for one and if you can what the price would be. Thanks

I am looking for either the plastic top piece or the full channel, prefer the cheapest. The windows stay open when raised, but the window wants to come out when tilted out for cleaning. Please let me know if you need more information. Thank you.

I have a 4 panel door that latches from the inside only. The inner mechanism can tun to the lock position but will not turn to the unlock position by turning the handle. Looking for a tilt latch for windows that are 20 years old but in good condition. Latch is 2 1/2" x 7/8" x 5/16", with hole centers at 1 3/8" and with one hole right at the end away from the window frame.

Pictures of our current situation. We are renovating a 1800's-era house. Upper sash permanently nailed in place. Lower sash to move normally. Currently have 28" 400 model spiral balance. But the sash doesn't pull up the sash high enough. See pictures. How long should it be??

I believe this part is known as a Sash Cam. It screws into the top of the window sash and holds the top of the balancer in place. Several of these are broken in my 20yo home and I can't seem to find these pieces anywhere. I've attached images to help with dimensions and placement. ... (cont.)
