I believe the options selections needed to complete the order are weight related but not sure. I have attached a picture of the balance just in case. The weight of the window it is picking up is 10.6 lbs.

I believe I need a 385 Channel balance ( code S385-34 ). I do not know the sash weight range. Only numbers on channel are 33 9 . Window sash is 35" x 50". Can you help with proper sash weight?

Hi, This is a roller bearing assembly with a plastic housing for an Atrium window. I can't seem to find it in your list of standard parts. I don't see any markings on this particular part.

I have Peter Kohler windows in my condo. They were made in 2002. The serial number is 307266002. The balances and pivot bars on the bottom sash broke. I am attaching photos. The window is 37 by 55 inches. Would you have these parts?

What spring do I need for this screen

I have a 40-year old, sliding glass door. The wheels are 1-1/2" concave. These are nylon. I don't see a similar housing on Swisco.com. Do you have wheels that would be a suitable replacement?
