Do you have this replacement part for my Milestone window? It is the small rectangular piece that locks the SH window in place on both the left and right side. The sun has deteriorated them. I need approximately 24.

the handle (part#39-205)for (part #39-330) broke off of arm. With half of stem in arm and half in handle. Window is closed. And I cannot open window to get at parts. Can you help me? A casement window. Thankyou, Jim

I have to replace some non-tilt balances, and I'm not sure what I need to order. The balance I took out of our window measures 36.5" and 3/8". It has a red tip. I have a channel that needs to be replace , from my research I need a S377-24 , the sash weights 25lb. The broken channel is labeled 23D as in the picture, but on you website I didn't find it. I only saw the option 2350. Can I use option 2350 to replace the 23D?

Hello, I'm looking to replace 2 left hand and 2 right hand window tilt locks. The parts dont have to be the same as what is currently installed. But the dimensions and color of the product are very important.
