Looking for replacement Anderson sash balance box. Have not yet taken unit apart but according to your Utube video, just submit glass size for determining correct unit. Visible glass on both upper and lower sash is 20" x 32 1/2". Hope that is enough info. Thanks for your input. Mark ... (cont.)

The attached pictures are of a "string" failed Certainteed counterbalance, circa 2002, off of a vinyl single-hung window. i have 18 year old milestone windows. Single hung that tilt out. The window beading is cracking. It looks like pn# 55-191/55-191-6 is correct replacement. Is this the correct beading for my windows? I am trying to replace a channel balance and am pretty sure that it matches your S385-13 product. The only question I have is that my current stamp is a 12E U.S.B. with a sash weighing approx. 12-15 lbs. Do you have a channel to match that weight? Thanks, Reda

I have some spiral balances that I can't identify through your web page. Mine are 3/8" inch diameters, they're 27-3/4" long, not including the end pieces, and the sash weighs 19.75 lbs. Please help me choose a replacement balance.

Width is 1/2" commercial (actual 9/16") Length is 31" Marking states 30XHD I also have the same exact type but shorter length that needs identifying. Marking is 24XHD Length is 25" Thank you!

Hello I need 20 of the above mentioned balances as well as 20 of the plastic pieces that attach to the window with the two screw fastener in the pictures. The manufacturing dates on the balances say 1997. Please help!
