I received the Caradco replacement window crank. It would not close the window all the way upon installation. The springs are breaking from rust on many of my windows. I have 2 different sized windows. 1. Metal part is 22" long or 23" when the plastic parts are included. 2 Metla Part is 16" long or 17 when the plastic parts are included.

Hi, I have a stripped window crank. I went to Lowe's and Homedepot but neither seems to have a crank in the right size.
