Im trying to find the right sized part to fit in these vinyl sashes. I've attached photos showing the empty one inch space and another from a window that still has one in it.

Hello, regarding the 70-218 Pella knife latch, I think this is the replacement part I need, but there should be left and right versions. Do these come in pairs or is there a way to specify L/R when ordering?

I purchased your 81-158 tandem roller. My old screws don't fit. What is the correct replacement screw thread count.

Hello, The balance I need is a plain channel block and tackle for a tilt in window. I'm pretty sure I need a 795 channel balance. How to install this thing? I have installed it, and when I slide the window up and down the spiral balance gets out, it is not clipped to the window. How to clip it to the window? 30-inch/pd/Series-400-Spiral-Balance/S400-30

I purchased 2 of these, unfortunately it only works for a single locking mechanism, not a dual locking mechanism. Is there a different part # I should have ordered as I don't see it on your website.

I need replacement latches and springs for the inner windows of the storm windows in a mobile home manufactured in 2000. Attached is a diagram of the latches missing the adjustment tips along with measurements for the missing tips taken from non-damaged latches.

This is from a Metal Industries window installed 16 years ago. Based on using the calculator I believe it should be an 11 pound coil balance. Also have similar from a slightly smaller window which I believe is 9 pounds. No numbers or markings. Any help appreciated.

Trying to replace this part. These sash balances do not have the fastener flanges at the ends which are shown on R13-927, but have two holes through the body of the balance.
