Does 70-218 Pella knife latch come in left, right, or pairs
Hello, regarding the 70-218 Pella knife latch, I think this is the replacement part I need, but there should be left and right versions. Do these come in pairs or is there a way to specify L/R when ordering?

Length of Series 795?
Hello, The balance I need is a plain channel block and tackle for a tilt in window. I'm pretty sure I need a 795 channel balance. I'm not sure about the length. depending on how I measure it it could be 20-22 inches. The stamp on the balance is 20 9BSI. I think that means that I need a 20in ba ... (cont.)

How to install this thing? I have installed it, and when I slide the window up and down the spiral balance gets out, it is not clipped to the window. How to clip it to the window? 30-inch/pd/Series-400-Spiral-Balance/S400-30

Truth hardware low profile sash lock part no. 38-075
I purchased 2 of these, unfortunately it only works for a single locking mechanism, not a dual locking mechanism. Is there a different part # I should have ordered as I don't see it on your website.

Identifying corner slide window Parts

replacement storm window latches
I need replacement latches and springs for the inner windows of the storm windows in a mobile home manufactured in 2000. Attached is a diagram of the latches missing the adjustment tips along with measurements for the missing tips taken from non-damaged latches.

Coil Balance for Bathroom Window - only stamp on coil is an "F"
I had windows installed from a company called Thermo-tite Windows about 10 years ago. They are now out of business. Metal Industries Coil Balance Replacement
This is from a Metal Industries window installed 16 years ago. Based on using the calculator I believe it should be an 11 pound coil balance. Also have similar from a slightly smaller window which I believe is 9 pounds. No numbers or markings. Any help appreciated.
