I originally ordered part # 90-177 and all dimensions are correct except it is a little too wide for the lip on my windows and wouldn't allow the window to close. Do you have a similar keeper that is only 1/4" wide?

The crank on my window is not working properly. It will open but when trying to close it seems to pop and gets stuck. Can you tell from my photos what I need? Thanks, Irene

what makes your closures 'heavy duty' ? & better than others heavy duty closures? I am installing french iron storm doors made by First Impressions Security Doors. they are very heavy and i plan on putting a closure at top & bottom of each door. thanks for a quick response.

I am looking for a couple replacement handles for a set of jalousie windows. The problem is that they are not the standard 5/16" spline. A 1/4" spline drive socket fits over the stub. I ordered two track S385-28 (option 2740) to replace the ones I have labeled as 27-4 with wide 1/2" and thickness as 17/32. It appears that I ordered the wrong ones. The new tracks appear to be thicker than mine. The thickness of mine is 17/32", the S385-28 are 5/8". You can see the big difference. ... (cont.)
