My window channel is stamped 26C USB. The channel length (metal only) is 27inches, width is 9/16 inch, and channel depth is 5/8 inch. Which channel balance is the closest match?

Good afternoon. my balances appear to have gone bad, and the also busted one of the little plastic stops off of the top of the window frame near where the top of the balance would make contact. I ordered the 33-071 screw to install your 56-090 Screen wicket. The screws don't grab securely to the screen frame, and tend to come loose. Is there a recommended, better hardware option? Thanks!

Hey guys, I just ordered 6- S900-25 spiral tilt window balances from you. I just noticed they should be 5/8. Will they still work if I install both of them? or should I return them and order the 5/8?

I need the pivot shoe parts for a Silver Line window manuf about 2002. Shoe is for right side of window as seen from inside. In the photo, the upper piece is broken. We measured the crank and the dimensions match up except for the bottom two holes, which on your diagram is 7/8" but is wider (1 1/4") on ours. However I don't think that will be an issue since that is just a matter of making a different hole if needed. To clear my confusion, is ours the RH or LH ... (cont.)

Number(s) on counterbalance (11600 17) and (D75 7127 833). For a 28-7/16W X 23-15/16 (glass measurement) window. I cannot find numbers that match what I have. Are these numbers obsolete?... and if so, what is the correct replacement number?

Hi, I need 2 viking window balances, stamp 2230, 23" long. But I don't know which series to use. The top appears to be 19-005. But the shoe is not exactly the same as 15-001 or 15-002. My spiral balance is not identified by a color on the tip. It is a 600 style tilt window. It appears to be a plastic white tube that measures 28 3/4" long and 9/16" wide.The bottom sash weighs 16.5 lbs.Could you tell me which spiral balance to order ? Thank you, Paul
