Trying to find replacement window glazing for aluminum windows in our house. The broken glazing I took out does not seem to match any of the glazing on listed on your site.

Need to confirm the proper replacement channel balance for our non-tilt window. Metal channel measures 28" with fixed shoe and top. I need to order 3 Anderson Sash Balances but I can't find corresponding numbers on your site. The numbers stamped on the unit are E48 , 9#27 the windows were installed in 1979. the date stamped on the unit is 10/77. Thanks for your help. Steve

Balancer is 28" long ; Both sides are 1/2' and back is 9/16"; It Has 28 D stamped on back. D is for the weight of the window it is supporting . The balancer fits in the window frame groove and is held by a clip at the top of balancer and slides in a slot in window frame

I am looking for a Coil Balance Shoe identical to the 15-175, but needs to be closer to 3/4" thick instead of 9/16". My tape srews to the side of the shoe. Actually, I just need cams as my shoes are in tact.

Hi, I am replacing worn rollers and housings that exactly matches the 87-155. Basically the metal roller axle has worn into the plastic housing. Is there an equivalent metal housing with a axled wheel that can replace the plastic 87-155 (with same dimensions)? Thanks, -Huibert

Window falls when pull up. It doesn't stay. I think this is the broken piece causing the problem.
