I would like to identify this balance and order 2 replacement balances. This is a 1/2 inch channel in a non-tilt aluminum single hung window. They are 20" long, with the stamp "1940" on the channel. I have a kitchen replacement window were both coil sash supports are broken. It appears that the coil broke away. There are two parts. Hello, Your model #39-026 Has almost all the correct measurements except one. The top hole is not one but two holes spaced 7/16" on center line apart. Starting from the spline side first hole is 3/16 from edge to center of hole than 7/16 from center of 1st hole to the second hole center. Thank ... (cont.)

Attached are 2 images of the gap and locks. If you need different images, please let me know. I looked over the whole window and do not see any molding or weatherstrip missing. I've seen a lot of different information on Anderson Window Cranks on your website. My crank on the top reads C-9400A-1 and the bottom reads F-9400-8A. The windows were placed around 15 years ago. Do you have a replacement part?

The Pivot Bar on the lower sash of my double hung vinyl windows bent/ broke on both sides. I have no idea who the manufacturer of the window is. It seems that the "j hook" on this part has broken off. It no longer allows the pin from the metal bar on a spring to stay in tact onto this piece. No I.D. on door or roller assay. Measurements on both images combined are all correct as is photo.

Just bought a 1964 home with sliders replaced sometime post '80 (I think). The hole for the adjustment screws exists, but there is no screw nor does it look to be a threaded hole. All ideas welcome! Michael
