I have a vinyl tilt out window that has pivot pins that are rusted completely off. I cannot remove them to identify. Can you help with replacement. I am located in Toms River and am willing to drive there with the window and pick up the parts.

Can you identify the part number of the balancers in the photo attached. I have five window and I have two windows with broken balancers

I have a 27" channel balance marked #2630 or 2630FM for a non tilting single hung window. The cord broke. Can I order just the cord or do I have to order the whole balance? The balance has a 19-005 winged top with a 15-002 shoe. What balance do I order? Thank you, Linda

I believe I found the right pivot lock shoes--swisco 15-175---. The measurements are correct---1 1/4" wide--1 3/8" ht--9/16" depth. Would like to confirm this as a possible series 351. The metal channel part measures 9/16" (1/2") wide at 13 inches long. The 15-002 shoe and a 19-002 top attached look and measure the similar to the picture description dimensions. The stamp marking is 1210.

the only markings on the coil are an EL on the top one and a D on the bottom one. also the plastic cover for the top coil has an I and the plastic cover for the bottom coil has a N the housing that the coils are secured to has a #2 stamped into the plastic

Small plastic buttons or plugs, that fit into 3/16 inch holes, on the sides, near the top and bottom of the frame of sliding glass patio doors. Can you replace this crank operator 39-025 with one that is flush or folds. It gets in the way of the blinds. I know I can install blinds outside the window frame, but would like to install inside the window frame. Thank you, Caron
