I am looking to replace a number of my jalousie window operators (probably 6-10). Could you tell me the difference in quality between the 39-005 and 39-346? The previous owner had replaced many of them at some point and the replacement parts broke quickly.

Hi. I am selling my home and do not need to replace the entire window, I just need 4 new channel balances. The original ones are marked 27D. I am pretty sure the replacement is 28" Series 390 Channel Balance but am not sure what weight option I need.

Hello, I am replacing the two counterweights for an Andersen window. Following are all the markings I can find (very difficult to make out the nos.: 11600-17 1031 3 S39 5 90 and the other is 1031 3 S3940 5 90 I hope this helps...great video for its removal

I believe it's a DYAD , 39-089/39-090 OR 39-187/39-188 I am not sure the difference when it says SASH DYAD or when it says Window DYAD. Also the length of the rod is 4.5" as opposed to 5", not sure if that matters. Hope you can help, can't open either bay vinyl window because both cranks ... (cont.)

The part number or identification number on my balance is "2630 BSI (NA)". I'll need 2 to replace both sides. Length is 27 inches (without the top and bottom caps" and I think 5/8" wide.

My existing channel balance matches the series 770. My question is the overall length of the channel balance is 27 inches. On my existing channel balance its stamped with 26C. Which one do I order?

Hi, I was wondering if the vinyl window sash pivot bar 26-366 is compatible with the metal cam pivot shoe. My broken pivot bar is identical to the 26-366 except mine had a T on the end. It appears that 26-366 does not have a T.
