THe handle that you turn was overturned and twisted the innards right off themselves and detached. The white handle can be easily pulled off. I think the whole unit needs replacing but I'm not sure. The small plastic 1 inch piece that connects the crank arm (approx 11") into the metal runner on the 22x45 window is broken. Do I replace the whole arm & crank?

The top corners of my Alacan windows have tabs that push down the channel balances, which are like your Series 380. One of the tabs has broken, so the channel balance stays up when I push the window down. These are plastic tabs that look like they could be replaced. Is this a replacement part ... (cont.)

Hello ; Is this part something you stock ? It's the latch handle for a Semco awning window. It just pops in and out.

I followed your directions to remove a single hung tilt window and it was perfect. I have a 3/8 diameter 27 in long white tip counter balance. I weighed my window and it was 14 lbs. Your info shows it being a 900 series counter balance. You only show red as being available. Is the red tip a d ... (cont.)

Hello. See (4) attachments. There is a two-wheel roller on each end of the door. There are no numbers or indentifiable markings on the rollers.

Does this latch have a locking mechanism?

I am doing some windows that II need some glazing strips that looks like part #55 156. We are using 7/16 Ins.glass. That little tab on the backside has to be 1/4" from the top of the molding We did get some glazing strips, but its falls 3/8 down from the top so it goes past the slot to hold in p ... (cont.)
