Hello, I have at least six Pella wood casement windows where the crank-handle has separated from the main body (see attached photo). I have identified part #'s: 40754 (main gear body and 9" arm assy) 40754 is also attached to (3) linked pieces: 31538 (3" short arm in S curve), attached to ... (cont.)

The inside portion of the lock has snapped off so there is nothing for the latch to hook to. No idea what part to order. The actual thumb latch is fine.

looks just like the one in your You-Tube video measures 6 5/16"L x 3"W x 3/4"D numbers on it: 11600A-3 and R18/1337 9 91 Thanks Jerry
