Im trying to identify my exact part, seems like the top braket and toe mount braket dont match any combination you offer. please help. I have a few balances broken on my windows...

I'm planning to repair my "no tilt" sash window (Pan Am channel balance replacement).The two problems that I have are:The lenght of the metal of such balance is 18.5" and also the guides are winged...so the questions are:how to order base on the size 18.5" or 19"? and how to install back the channel ... I'm looking for replacement latches that will work with my PGT windows. I have many of these casement windows and the plastic latches have become brittle. I contacted PGT and they offer no solutions. Can you suggest a suitable replacement?

Hello, The new Andersen sliding door I have currently has a thumbturn on the inside and nothing on the outside. I would like to install keyed locks on both sides. This is from an unidentified brand casement window. This is a plastic clip which helps hold the "hinged" side of the window to the frame while it is opening. I'm not certain of the correct names for the various parts.

I'm looking at your 90-005. We have Viking Tempseal Windows. Our locks are left and right. I know this would work in either direction, but do you sell this in left and right. Chris
