Hi, I need to Replace my Anderson window sach balances it has a number of D35 7#31 4 85. Measurement are Full length including tab of 6 3/4 With 3" thickness of 3/4". What current replacement model number do I Need to buy? thanks Bob

I just purchased a property and some modified the sliding glass door frame and the door handle/latch will no longer hold securely in place on the sliding glass door frame. I was able to take some pictures of what the original door handle/latch looked liked at another property

I am trying to replace a spiral balance for a non-tilt window. My original balance measures 30" long and 3/8" diameter. It looks like the S400 model but I dont have a plastic tip on mine. It may have broken off. Need help in finding the right color. John

This is the inside latch for one of my patio screen doors. The striker part of the latch broke, fell out, and the spring was lost. Dimensions are 2 1/8" hign by 2" wide. I do not know the manufacturer and the window is old. Lowes had the trim in a catalog but they only sold it 120 feet minimum. I just minimally need 2 pieces of the first image. ideally I need three pieces of the first image and one piece of the second image.

I ordered replacement cranks for Andersen windows (part #39-020). After they were installed the gears on several of the cranks stripped on the first use. If the window is pushed open a few inches the gears reengage, but the cranks will not fully close the windows.

Will 39-020 work for a replacement on a weathershield casement window circa 1973?
