I have Anderson awning windows throughout my home and this 39-099 appears to match my operators exactly. I want to know if there is a part that will allow my window to open more than the 9 or so inches the current operator allows. I have tried disconnecting the linkage arm from the window and ... does the anderson #39-301 attach using a spline? If so, what is the diameter of the spline. I have measured the male spline and it reads .350 diameter, the handle appears to measure .375 diameter. Thanks

Pic "Hinge-pin 003" shows the part. The pin is broken off at the base. The dimensions are: Base dimensions:1 1/8 x 1 1/4 x 3/8. pin height above the flat: 1 1/8 including the 1/8" tip window are about 30 years old. The window pane has "Guardian" on it. It appears that I have 34" balance with a 19-005 top and a 15-002 shoe. The balance is stamped 3350. Does this combination appear to be correct? These are not tilt metal framed windows in a condo.

I notices three "slots" in the pivot shoe at my house, and the video shows the same. My balance was slotted in the middle one, but at approximately 1:35 of the video, the balance is inserted into the right slot. When do you use one over the other? The film makes no mention of this. ... (cont.)

Balance is from an Alenco non tilt window. The length of the metal is 34 inches. The width is 1/2 inch. Stamp shows on balance says 33 3 FN CALDWELL
