I would like confirmation of my part number. I have GapCo windows. I attached images of a balance. Some are stamped 2730I and some 2730G; I am guessing the letter is just the machine ID. replacement parts for anderson split-arm casement window assembly, left side lock. Apparently, the part no. is anderson 1361316. I also need the mating sash bracket stud. (I was very pleased with the part that you sold me last December!)

Markings on back are 91 85 r. I broke part of the metal knob off the piece seen in the photograph while trying to force the stuck lock open.

Lots of terminology floating around on the posts, so I want to ensure that I order the correct part. The interlock mechanism that attaches the crank arm to the gear broke, so I think that I only need a crank and not the crank plus the arm. Which part number is this? 40-028 is for an in-swinging door. The door I have looking at it from the inside of the home is hinged on the right side and opens in-ward from the left side. Will the 40-028 work for this application? Wayne

it is 5/8" wide by 1 1/2" long by 3/8" tall. As you can see from the picture that the to stop is broke. I looked through your parts and didn't see a match. This is off a milgard vinyl window. I'm going to order the S385-27 balance if this helps. Thanks Keith

Hi I need the complete set in brown. 3 15/16 screw holes and 7 3/8 for outside mount. 82-035 is correct? Uses swisco 82-227 lock for sure. Question .... will 82-035 mortise hook work with 82-227 lock?

The slide is 1 inch long, 1/2 inch wide and 1/16th inch thick on the vertical side. There are no words, numbers or names on it.

Hi, The pix show a BSI 26" channel balance. I need one more just like that one. I also need parts to complete an assembly of another smaller (17") channel balance just like that one.
