Hello, Our house was built in 1995 and we have no clue what type of windows are in the house so it's making finding hardware for the window screens a little hard. I'm hoping you can help. Looking for a channel balance. 15" length. Appears to have a 15-004 bottom (1 3/32" and ears) and perhaps a 19-005 (ears) top like the 385 series, but the top has 2 steps instead of one like the 19-005 seems to have, perhaps inconsequential. We have included pictures of the balances for you. They are pretty mangled so hopefully you can still identify them. I am trying to order 3 pivot lock shoe replacements for my double hung tilt out vinyl dual pane windows. The originals are 3/4" Thick, 1-13/16" long, 1-1/4" wide. The slot in the cam is 3/16" tall by 5/16" wide with no tooth. The nearest I can find is your part no.15-119 but the slot in the cam ... (cont.)

These doors were installed in 1999. Lock is wearing out and sometimes does not engage to lock the door. Can you help with replacement?

This latch is part of a Hayfield sliding glass patio door. There's no model or part number on it so I tried to take pictures with measurements. Hopefully, you'll have something that works. I would like a new handle to go along with it if possible. Thanks

Hi I am trying to find replacements for this broken metal piece the holds a window in the track.

At our church this door, which I believe is made by Kawneer, partly fell out when all the screws fell out of the top pivot cap. The door was being opened and he caught it so it didn't fall to the ground. Now the door is out of alignment. How do I tell which is left hand and which is right han ... (cont.)

Looking to replace 2 Andersen sash balances that came out of the same window. Both have 11600-17, 11600A-3, and 927 on them. One also has BR47 1091 on it while the other has RB8 9 92. What are the replacement balance(S)? - Steve

These have no markings on them. I believe they were installed around 1975.The distance between the top and bottom holes is 5 1/4 inches. They are installed on wood, so I don't think the hole placement is critical.

Will the universal spline fit in a 5/16 inch thick aluminum storm window frame? I see there is a 59-067 spline but someone commented that they used something similar and it did not hold the window in. We removed the old spline and can not get it back in. i am not sure what these things are called ,these keep the window in balance,one is 55 cm long has marking on it as follow;...[21 4 c? Caldwell] [? means scratched letter or number] the longer one has the marking [33 5 LS Caldwell]and is 33.5 inch long
