I have certainteed vinyl windows. The latches on one of the windows that allows you to tilt window are broken. I would like to replace them. I cannot find the serial number on the window.

The windows are Superseal tilt windows that are no longer made. The channel is 1 1/4 in. The balance shoe is in the channel and there is no cut out to remove it. The picture is of one that is intact. Hi- I need to replace two single hung window balancers. My windows have no markings but the balancer has the number 2830 on it- its in the pic called "IMG_3336". I suspect they are acorn or some other brand that is no longer in business. Help! Thanks!

I'm looking for replacement covers for my casement window crank handles. I was able to contact Atrium and based on the warranty number I found on the window, they said my windows are Model 871 New Construction. I have about 6 windows where the crank cover is cracked. These latches are for a vertical sliding window(not a tilt window). They are older windows and i can't find any markings on them to find out the manufacturer. These latches keep the window at whatever desired height you pull the window to while also keeping the window from falling out. ... (cont.)
