Hi, I have a 20" 19 4 JP Caldwell channel Balance that needs replacing. It looks like it has a 19005 top but I can't tell the difference between the 15-004 and the 15-005 shoes so it's either an S380 or an S385. Would either one work? Thank you for posting. I see you have purchased the 90-005 Window Lock. Did this not work as a replacement for these locks? I see also you have a left and right side. Our window locks are non-handed. Based on the attached photos of my existing door lever lockset, and considering I have no idea who manufactured the door or lockset (no markings anywhere), do you believe that the Brass Atrium Door Lever Lockset Product Code: 82-400 can act as a replacement for my situation?

My old window channel balances metal length is 33". I see your S351 -33" fit, I want buy a pair of it. But all options for 33" is 32xx, not 33xx, why? confused. thanks, Shujin

I have seen that Pado was discontinued and the Mortise sets were a replacement for them. We recently had a handle break and could not find a replacement. This handle looks exactly like it but I wanted some reassurance before ordering, Thanks for any help you can provide.
