Ive identified the 380 series balance as a replace ment but when I ordered it specifies 'OPTIONS NEEDED" Then, your ordering system system doesnt itentify the parts, just part numbers... What gives? Thanks, Dave

I have some channel balances that match S795-30, but the weight rating stamped on the channel is 30F BSI. The windows are laminated for noise suppression, so they are fairly heavy. Thanks, Sam

The windows are from about the 1940s and they have tube balance system that I was told might have been called "unique balance". I'm not sure where to look for markings, but I can't find any. Big question: the inside handle on your website diagram/photo of the 40-152 points to the right; we need ours to point to the LEFT. Does it come both ways and if so, how do we specify which way we need inside handle to point when ordering on website/ Thank you!

I have a screen door with the same style wheel rollers as model 84-096. The spring part of it is disconnected from the wheel section, is this spring supposed to be permentally connected to the wheel section? Or does it hook on to the wheel section? Thanks Dan

I have Kinco windows in my house and I need to know if you have the spring loaded guides that are on each side of the window. we need to replace approximately 7 window handle for hopper style windows in a school in Camden. The distance between the existing screw holes is 1.75". Do you carry these? Your website had some, but I couldn't find any to fit.

My problem is that the weather stripping in the door now isn't "thick" enough to seal between the door and the frame.
